The Role

The role of the Digital Asset Coordinator is to increase Lovevery’s capacity to ingest, organize, store, and provide access to digital materials to all stakeholders and internal teams. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented person with a creative mindset and strong time management skills. This person should be interested in providing an efficient and highly usable environment for our assets, while being a resource and guide for those who need access to them. This role will work closely with the creative and production teams (designers, editors, and content producers) to ensure easy and accurate access to assets in the DAM system. This person will be based out of Boise, Idaho. The following attributes in a candidate are essential to success in this role:

Responsibilities

  • Assist in tagging our large library of product and lifestyle images and video content with relevant and accurate metadata/keywords. This includes new assets on ingestion, and existing assets needing completion
  • Upload assets into the DAM from previous lifestyle shoots, studio shoots, edited assets and more
  • Ensure only current assets are available and maintain assets for retired and unlaunched products
  • Work with the ecommerce team to ensure all web-facing assets needed are edited and distributed in a timely manner
  • Fulfill requests to obtain high-resolution file formats from Photography and Videography teams
  • Provide company-wide assistance in finding assets
  • Create and maintain curated galleries and collections as needed
  • Assist in evolving the system’s structure to accommodate new products
  • Help in DAM-related projects

  • Knowledge of the pre and post-production photography and video processes — You understand all moving parts of content creation from beginning to end. You are proficient in photo and video editing vocabulary and have a keen eye for editing needs.

  • Project Management — Work ethic, responsiveness, and results orientation matter in every role at Lovevery. With everyone driving hard to achieve the company’s goals, it is critical to have strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Communication — You are comfortable working cross-functionally with all business strategy managers throughout the creative process to meet objectives and timelines.

About You

  • Digital Asset Management certification is a plus (or willingness to gain certification upon hiring)
  • 2+ years experience in digital asset management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in photography, creative, or marketing-related field
  • Proficiency with photography/ videography and editing vocabulary
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite applications
  • Overall sense of urgency with all steps involved
