The Role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to support procurement, product management, Netsuite operations and data management within the EU Lovevery Operations department at our office in the heart of Amsterdam. This position reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Netsuite power user, manage SKU creation and updates for the EU market working closely with our US counterparts, ensuring the information is complete and accurate
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel/Gsheets to track and analyze data, as needed
  • Assist in creating and updating purchase orders, ensuring costs, units, ETA/ETDs, shipping addresses etc are accurate
  • Support shipment tracking and work closely with accounting to assist in receipt and inventory costing inquiries
  • Provide product and logistics information to other departments such as marketing and CX

Organized, Structured & Detailed Thinking: You are highly organized, possess a can-do attitude, strong work ethic and a keen sense of urgency. You are results oriented and you tend to pay close attention to details.

About You

  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably in an analytical major such as accounting, finance, mathematics, business or a similar analytical field
    • 1-2 years of professional experience preferred
    • Are able to structure large problems and break them down into solvable and explainable components
    • Have basic experience with Gsheets or Excel and high interest in becoming an expert (required)
    • Are naturally curious with a can-do attitude and a desire to expand their skill set within operations and procurement
    • Have strong attention to detail
    • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Are able to multitask and prioritize while working across multiple projects
    • Are allowed to work within Europe and are already based in the Netherlands or willing to relocate
